Global venture capital firm Peak XV Partners, through its investment vehicle, sold a 2.68 per cent stake in Awfis Space Solutions, the flexible workspace provider founded by Amit Ramani, through open-market transactions on October 9.
Despite the stake sale, shares of Awfis Space Solutions rallied 3.74 per cent to close at Rs 247.03 on Friday, recovering after a 5 per cent correction in the previous session. The stock formed a bullish Harami-like candlestick pattern on the daily chart following a downtrend. The pattern can indicate a potential bullish reversal, although follow-through buying is needed to confirm a sustained recovery.
According to bulk deal data, Peak XV Partners Investments V sold 19.2 lakh shares, representing 2.68 per cent of Awfis Space Solutions' paid-up equity, for Rs 47.04 crore at Rs 245 per share. The investment vehicle held a 3.24 per cent stake in the company as of June 2026.
On the other hand, Kritagyata Trust acquired 11.5 lakh shares, equivalent to a 1.6 per cent stake in Awfis Space Solutions, for Rs 28.17 crore at Rs 244.97 per share.
