Bank of India Mutual Fund has acquired a 0.57 percent stake in One Mobikwik Systems, the Gurugram-headquartered mobile wallet company, through open market transactions on October 8.
The fund house appears to have utilised the correction in the stock to pick up the stake in Mobikwik. The stock fell 4.51 percent to end at Rs 244.52, possibly due to profit booking after a three-day rally.
Bank of India Small Cap Fund bought 4.48 lakh equity shares, representing 0.57 percent of the paid-up equity, in One Mobikwik Systems for Rs 10.78 crore. The buying price was Rs 240.48 per share.
Enigma Investment Partners buys 0.81% shares in Eimco Elecon
Enigma Small Opportunities Fund, owned by Enigma Investment Partners, has acquired 47,141 shares, equivalent to 0.81 percent of the paid-up equity, in Eimco Elecon (India), the mining and construction equipment maker, for Rs 10.47 crore.
