Kolkata-based digital lender Vaibhav Vyapaar has tapped the capital markets by filing its red herring prospectus, with the IPO set to open for public subscription on October 13.
This will be the third initial public offering (IPO) to hit Dalal Street next week on the same day, alongside Ravita Engineering Services in the SME segment and HD Fire Protect in the mainboard segment.
The Bengaluru-headquartered non-banking finance company is looking to raise up to Rs 40.54 crore through a public issue of 77.96 lakh shares at the upper end of the price band of Rs 50-52 per share.
The issue comprises entirely a fresh issue of shares by the company.
The anchor book will open for a day on October 12, while the IPO will remain open for public subscription until October 15. The company is expected to finalise the IPO share allotment by October 16 and make its shares debut on the NSE Emerge platform on October 21.
